A Mindful Approach
If you’re here, it’s because you’ve encountered hardship of some form. I don’t yet know your story, but I do know hardship and I know it’s not easy. I know that it takes courage to ask for help, which is why I’m here, to be your ally in navigating difficult roads, to listen to your inner wisdom, and to see you for the incredible person you truly are.
I work with people of all ages, genders, orientations, cultures, races, ethnicities, and spiritualities. Drawing upon a myriad of professional and life experiences, I’ve cultivated an eclectic approach to therapy that includes strengths-based positive psychotherapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
However, what’s most important is that we cultivate a safe space to build a trusting working relationship.
